I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for looking after me during the course of my last contract. The service I have received has been exceptional to say the least - and as I've said before, I only wish I'd found Atlantic sooner.

Every member of your team couldn't have been more helpful, but two people in particular deserve specific recognition and that's Cheri and your good self. Queries have always been answered promptly, if either of you have said you're going to do something you do so immediately, and both of you are always cheerful at the end of the phone.

I've worked through several umbrella companies in the past. Some have been dreadful. Others have been okay. Atlantic is the first that I've worked through that I can say has been exceptional. Normally as I look to a contract with a new client I am looking for a new umbrella company. As the service I have received has been at the level it is, for the first time I am happy to say that I feel absolutely no need to do this. I have found my new contract and will be working on it through yourselves.

I did consider going down the limited PSC route. I could make a little bit extra a week and across the year that would probably be a reasonable sum (but not a huge amount). That said, I'd have more paperwork and more hassles. Knowing that I have an excellent online system to keep track of my affairs, funds, expenses and contracts combined with the backup of your dedicated staff is worth twice the small difference I would see. I also have peace of mind knowing that I'm completely covered legally and from a tax perspective.

I just wanted to drop you an e-mail to say that I really do appreciate all Atlantic have done for me, and I look forward to continuing to work through yourselves.
