Atlantic launch a new and improved online expenses system
Dear Member,
This message is to give you advanced notice that Atlantic are to launch a new and improved online expense claims system on Monday 14th August 2006.
This message is to give you advanced notice that Atlantic are to launch a new and improved online expense claims system on Monday 14th August 2006.
The new system is fully integrated with the Atlantic HMRC issued dispensation making expense claims even easier to complete online.
The current online system will be shut down on Wednesday 9th August 2006 whilst existing data is transferred to the new system. Any claims that you still have on the system on Wednesday will be dealt with as soon as the new system goes live on the 14th.
We request that where possible you hold back submitting any new expense claims next week and add them as soon as the new system goes live.
What should you do before Wednesday?
1. Complete any existing expense claims that you have already entered onto the system.
2. Make a hard copy backup of any unprocessed claims that you have on the system.
What should you do after Wednesday?
1. Keep a note of any new expense claims that you will need to submit when the new system goes live.
2. Wait until you receive a confirmation e-mail that the new system is ready before attempting to submit any new claims.
