Christmas and New Year Pay/Opening Hours



Dear Contractor,

With the festive season fast approaching we would like to confirm payment/opening hours over the Christmas and New Year period.

Friday Dec 21st – 9am to 5pm.  All chaps requests by midday.

Monday Dec 24th - 9am to 1pm   All chaps request by 11am.
Tuesday Dec 25th – CLOSED
Wednesday Dec 26th – CLOSED
Thursday Dec 27th – Open 10am to 4pm.  All chaps requests by midday
Friday Dec 28th – Open 10am to 4pm.  All chaps requests by midday

Monday Dec 31st – Open 10am to 4pm. All chaps requests by midday.
Tuesday Jan 1st – CLOSED
Wednesday Jan 2nd – Business as usual

Atlantic LITE - We will pay you when we receive payment from your agency. Please refer to your agency's Christmas payroll updates for further information. (All timesheets received after 1pm on the 24th of December will be invoiced on the 27th December.)

Atlantic EXPRESS - Please ensure your timesheets are with us before 5pm on the 21st December to ensure payment is in your bank on the 28th December. (All timesheets received after 5pm will be processed on the 27th December for payment to you on the 31st January)

CHAPS Payments - We will continue to accept CHAPS requests up to 12pm during 27th - 31st December. Please call us to request (0845 045 1021) or email chaps@atlanticltd.co.uk
