Dear Contractor,

Following the recent changes in tax legislation there is a good deal of uncertainty and worry in the contractor market.

Don’t just take our word for it.  Our independent and external auditors, on completing the audit for the year to March 2007, concluded;

"We would also confirm that the company [Atlantic] has stringent expense control with regard to contractor/employee reclaims in respect of expenses incurred wholly, exclusively and necessarily in respect of their business duties."

"The company is in compliance with the application of its payroll system and is paying over all relevant PAYE/NI contributions each month by the due date."
